2. Complete the online enrollment form via SchoolWorx

3. Submit required documents — birth certificate, immunization records, and prior school records

4. Meet with our administrator

5. Receive your acceptance and welcome packet

Book fee is due by July 25th. Payment plans available for qualifying families.

Enrollment Fees

Registration Fee (non-refundable)$525.00
Enrollment Deposit — Returning Students (applied to registration fee)$25.00

Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Annual Tuition

Kindergarten (K5) – Third Grade$7,500.00
Fourth Grade – Eighth Grade$6,850.00
Ninth Grade – Twelfth Grade$6,750.00

Tuition is due in full or by approved payment plan. A $25 late fee applies if unpaid by the 5th of the month. Students may be withheld from attendance if tuition remains unpaid by the 10th.

Curriculum/Book Fee is due by July 25, 2026. This fee is non-refundable once materials have been issued.

Refund Policy

All fees paid to Grace Christian Academy are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the administration. Enrollment deposits, registration fees, curriculum/book fees, and other assessed fees will not be refunded after payment is received. Families withdrawing from GCA remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed at the time of withdrawal.

Fees not covered by scholarship are the responsibility of the family.
